Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide from Perth, WA.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery after dispatch: WA metro 1–3 business days; east coast metro 3–7 business days; regional areas may take longer. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Problems with delivery

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact hello@thegroveau.com and we'll chase the carrier and make it right — replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
